  • Remember, you only have to undress to your level of comfort.  We also have options that involve no clothing removal (Thai Massage, Reiki, Reflexology)

  • Arrive to your appointment with a clean body, free of perfumes or other heavy scents.
  • Refrain from heavy meals, drinking caffeinated beverages, and especially from alcohol or other substance use just prior to your massage.
  • Communicate openly with your therapist about areas of focus and concern before, during, and after the appointment.
